I am passionately driven to help ensure young people are facilitated to get the best possible start in life through their education.As Primary Principal of a large All-Through Academy in Medway, I am in the incredibly privileged to be able to ensure our pupils leave not only academically excellent, but 'more than just educated'. Having worked in primary school leadership since 2013, in my first senior leadership role, I was an instrumental part of the SLT that helped to secure a 'Good' judgement in the school (with 'Outstanding' leadership) for the first time in 18 years, as well as achieving improved Key Stage 2 combined attainment data year-on-year during my tenure. My strengths lie in curriculum development, developing teaching and learning, assessment and data analysis.
