BRANZ are an independent research organisation providing impartial evidence-based advice on critical issues in building and construction in New Zealand, to industry and government From May 2020 I led the Consultancy Services division of BRANZ, comprising fire testing and safety engineering, materials testing, structural testing and compliance and evaluation services for the building industry.I successfully led a lift in client centricity through leadership and training in account management skills and tools. I was the project sponsor for a $12m specialised equipment project for new testing facilities.
