The Toronto Metro Market oversees the direct sales and revenue management efforts of Toronto's main group of Starwood Hotels. Our Upper Upscale hotels are well known and respected in Toronto and boast some of the best locations, service and food and beverage experiences guests in market can enjoy. Our hotels are The Sheraton Centre Toronto, The Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, The Sheraton Gateway Hotel Toronto & The Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre. As a member of the Starwood Sales Organization, we offer the benefits of industry leading loyalty programs in Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) and SPG Pro. My sales experience with Starwood has primarily been driving Top Line Revenue in a Leadership position, but more recently in a direct sales role. As the Account Director of Travel Management Companies it is my responsibility to work with all levels of these organizations from Senior Leadership, to New Business Developers, Marketing and Agents. I spend everyday finding ways to collaborate together with our Top Agency partners to mutually grow our business opportunities, uncover new revenue potential and expand existing channels. I think carefully and act with confidence. I believe in the power of a relationship and have seen the results that come from putting our best efforts towards cultivating the right ones.
