Los Angeles World Airports Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP project). The LAMP program entails construction of a new 2.25 mile aerial guideway featuring a light rail system (APM), a mega consolidated car rental facility (CONRAC) with direct access to the automatic people mover, five new stations and many roadway and utility improvements within the surrounding neighborhoods. This long overdue program will modernize LAX by providing direct light rail access to the new terminal stations. In addition many civil improvements will be made to the surrounding neighborhoods. Implementing Machine Control to our field operations, 3D modeling and Grade Checking. Working with project managers and foreman on; site prep, utility asbuilts, takeoffs and rough grade layouts. Currently running AutoCad 2014 with Carlson Civil sweet. Also using Leica GPS and US Radar's ground penetrating radar system on a daily basis.

Meet short bid schedules with complicated timelines and difficult phasing options.Handle onsite existing and future utility planning, locating and tracking all underground utility systems (new and old). Interact extensively with project managers, estimators, on-site supervision, architectural and survey firms.Selected Achievements: Completed rough grade and staging drawings, as well as supervised the asbuilt process for both new and existing K-12 school projects. Developed a solid knowledge of an extensive array of AutoCad skills, civil and architectural plans, project management, and estimating. Helped decrease the amount of un-necessary extra survey charges by collaborating between superintendents, architects, and survey companies. With the use of both Topcon GPS and AutoCad I was able to complete entire underground utility asbuilts including both new and existing utilities on over 30 school sites.

Assist resident surveyor with both field survey and office calculations. Construction projects including water treatment plants, street improvement, water tanks, and environmental work.Selected Achievements: Assisted in the construction of over 12 miles of Mission Blvd. in Riverside CA. Project ranged from boundary surveys to construction staking to final street monumentation. Gained practical, hands-on knowledge of all aspects of researching, calculating, field prep, and organization.

Worked on many projects ranging from: surveying cellular sites, working with many small architectural firms and building homes for companies like Habitat for Humanity.Selected Achievements: Originally assisted a licensed land surveyor with all field work. Started working with Autocad on field calculations and basic drafting duties. Ran my own field crew for over four years. Duties ranged from; field pre-calculations, complete survey's from start to finish, downloading, drafting and plotting.
