I worked for the Real Estate Business in the Hospitality Lending Division, working to provide global originations services to hotel owners and buyers. I worked on the initial structuring of both on-book and CMBS deals that were at least $20MM. Gross proceeds for all the deals I've touched amount to over +$3 Billion in proceeds.

I worked with top executives for the Aloft, Four Points, & Element Brands. I researched, developed, and wrote Brand Standards that are incorporated to the Brands DNA, such as Four Point's Best Brews & BBQ program. I did groundbreaking social-media research on Pinterest and Starwood's SM strategy. I analyzed guest complaints from the global database to discover commonalties to help draft strategy to strengthen guest satisfaction. I toured many of our properties and spent time with newly trained General Managers.

I created a Library Database for the Park's library. I served as Mansion Steward in the Rockefeller Mansion. I copied DVDs onto gold-plated archival discs to perserve the Park's memories. I learned about the Park Service and about the flora and fauna of Vermont, and Forest Management and Forest Safety Techniques. I directed guests throughout the Park.
