Throughout my early career I was primarily working in operations as a trouble shooter being responsible for delivering process improvements. After working my way to senior management, I decided to move into consultancy in 2005 and make use of my business improvement knowledge. This led me to focus on Technology Change and working as a conduit between the business and IT, I introduced many changes across business units in Jersey, Guernsey, IOM and Luxembourg. These changes introduced productivity and efficiency improvements together with enhancing controls and reducing risk. These changes often resulted in cost significant reductions. Working in the change area I gained precious insights into key business issues across multiple organizations that has provided an ability to understand the do’s and don’ts within a business. This knowledge and experience proved invaluable when creating our Puritas suit of financial products PureFunds, PureClient and PureManager.
