With over 35 years of work experience in the potash and mining industries, I bring innovative and strategic leadership skills to new project development. Making any new development a success requires a strong social license, which is built on environmental sustainability and genuine community communication and involvement. As the President and CEO of Gensource Potash, I oversee the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's innovative and modular potash projects in Saskatchewan. I am passionate about delivering on unique project using unique execution structures, which require a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Prior to joining Gensource Potash in 2012, I was the VP Projects at Potash One, where I led the development of the Legacy Potash Project, which was acquired by K+S in 2011 and became the first new potash operation in Saskatchewan in over 40 years. Leveraging my engineering background and team building skills, we created a team that successfully advanced the project from exploration to feasibility, permitting, and construction, while establishing strong relationships with key industry players, government agencies, First Nations, and local communities.
