I am truly blessed to have served nearly 32 years of honorable military service to our Nation in leadership roles at Numbered Air Force levels with oversight of 28,000 American Airmen, supporting their families and patriotic employers.Ensured training and policies were implemented to maximize the operational effectiveness of the Air Force Mission. Oversight of annual performance appraisals and recommended individual feedback to improve performance, training efforts, and methods to resolve personnel challenges.Started my military career path as an F-15C Eagle Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (Dedicated Crew Chief) enjoying every minute of this experience stationed in VA and the Netherlands. I was blessed to be a Flight Engineer onboard C-141B Starlifter Transports while in the USAF Reserves during my flying career. First Sergeant and Command Chief Master Sergeant soon followed creating a tremendous capstone for my military career.
