I lead multifaceted teams that excel at converting unique ideas into great products. I take pride in our ability to navigate complex dependencies while finding a path forward where others only see hard stops. Foundational elements of our success are small, agile teams with a product mindset driven by customer obsession. We embrace constant learning, the use of emerging technology, and a belief in starting small and iterating often. This approach enables us to investigate over a dozen products at any one time with a mission to serve today’s customers better with an eye toward filling gaps for future customer’s needs. These teams execute as internally funded startups; some must pivot, and some will grow to new business units. I emphasize and model the passion of serving the need, not the solution we start with. It is easy to forget about self and family. I have a passion for my family, and I spend time recharging myself by playing golf and cycling.
