I have been with Unilever for 16 years in the production maintenance field. I started as a reliability technician maintaining packaging equipment, and for the past 9 years I have been in the Maintnenace Planner role. My role functions include scheduling, implementation, of Repair Orders and Preventative Maintenance Orders in Microsoft DMS. I work with vendors and OEM's to order stock and non-stock parts while getting the most reliable reapair parts for the best value. I have implemented a CMMS to align with the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) structure and reduce downtime thru risk analysis. My experience with varying maintenance systems include Megamation, SAP, and Microsoft DMS. Prior to WCM, I used the TPM ideology to maintain a world class environment.
