- Member of the opening management team, directly responsible for the FOH - dining room and bar- In charge of scheduling, training, money handling, ordering product, weekly inventory, customer service, maintaining the upkeep of the dining room and bar, and other FOH related needs- Promoted to General Manager in August of 2016- Responsibilities increased to include all weekly reports for the restaurant, balancing the books and making deposits, maintaining the upkeep of the full restaurant, coordinating all on and off premise events, including caterings and in house paring events, and any other responsibilities as needed by the demands of a full service restaurant

- Worked as the solo bartender during the weekdays, as part of team on the weekends- Job duties included: Running the shift from start to finish, dealing with any complaints or issues, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, adhering to state laws regarding responsible and legal alcohol service, Counting down registers and making a deposit nightly, and any other needs as they arose.

I worked for Mr. Eltife on and off for over 8 years as both a head bartender and as the Operations Manager.
