Mr. Florence graduated from the University of Georgia in 1969 with a BA in English, and from the University of Georgia School of Law with J.D. degree in 1972.He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts of Georgia. Mr. Florence has served as Judge and Assistant Solicitor in Fulton County and Dekalb County. Mr. Florence is a founding partner of Florence, Robinson & Bennett, LLP., and prior, was a founding partner of the firm of Warren Kalish & Florence. He was previously employed as a staff attorney for the law firms of McCurdy & Candler, and Morris and Schneider. Mr. Florence has experience in the areas of civil and criminal litigation and now emphasizes real property in his practice. Mr. Florence is a frequent lecturer at real estate seminars for homebuyers and investors in the Atlanta area. He is approved as a closing agent for more than two hundred lenders located throughout the United States. The firm specializes in all real estate matters with an emphasis on investors, creative financing, and asset protection.
