We strive to bring new and helpful ideas into reality. In addition, we manage many different types of projects through all stages of the development process and beyond. Our capabilities include; design for manufacturability analysis, design and drafting, prototyping, specification writing, manufacturing, cost analysis, intellectual property services and more.

Farming Manager for a successful farming operation that was established in 2011. Primarily a gourmet garlic farm with over 25 different varieties of garlic and garlic related products. We grew complimentary produce and distributed to high end restaurants as well as gourmet retail establishments. As one of the owners, I've been involved in all aspects of running the business from startup financing and accounting to marketing and sales. As General Manager of Operations, my daily responsibilities were to coordinate all farming activities, staffing, shipping and customer service related tasks. My diverse background in mechanical design as well as quality and manufacturing management has been a huge benefit to someone in the position of running a farming business. On a daily basis, I used the unique skills I've obtained over my years in manufacturing. Each year we saw our sales doubling from year to year allowing increased capital investment and subsequent growth. Conservative management style rendered a positive cash flow and no outstanding debt, even in this very expensive startup profile.
