Responsible for the management and supervision of the Command Maintenance for the BN's 247 item fleet valued in excess of $30,000,000. Works directly with the BN Readiness Center (BRC) to supervise the readiness of four Patriot Batteries, Headquarters Battery andmaintenance company with a worldwide expeditionary contingency mission. Reports and advises the BN XO regarding all matters of maintenance operations. Serves as Motor Pool facilities manager and BN Environmental Compliance Officer ensuring the BN remains in compliance with all local and federal regulations.

Maintenance Control Officer, providing organizational and direct support level maintenance to a PATRIOT Air Defense Artillery Battalion in support of 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command with world-wide contingency capabilities; responsible for overall management and supervision of six PATRIOT maintenance sections, one support company maintenance section, and one Terminal High Altitude (THAAD) battery; responsible for three Warrant Officers, 14 NCOs, and 62 Soldiers. Coordinates maintenance activities to ensureequipment is quickly returned form LED to the user; responsible for the maintenance/service schedules of over $1.5 billion in conventional, PATRIOT, and THAAD system equipment. Supervises and ensures the mission accomplishment and quality control of all work orders; provides advice to the Battalion Commander, Battalion Executive Officer, and Battery Commanders on every aspect of maintenanceoperations and serves as a liaison between the unit and civilian contractors.

As second in command 1LT Fuller assumes command as required while responsible for the employment, training administration, personnel management, maintenance, force protection, and sustainment of the company; assisting the commander in integrating the unit in an asymmetrical and noncontiguous environment with mission planning, ensuring accomplishment; resourcing the unit's elements and requesting BN support when needed to synchronize efforts;coordinate and follow-up with the BN staff elements; and ensures the Company Command Post effectively battle tracks the situation and status.

I attended Cadet Command's Leader Development & Assessment Course(LDAC) to evaluate and develop cadets from across the span of the Army's Reserve Officer Training Course(ROTC). This Course is held during the summer for all of the programs contracted cadets to complete before their graduating year. The intent is to assess cadets on the skills and characteristics that they should have developed while in the program.Following the completion of this course I engaged in on the job training with two of JBLM's Explosive Ordnance Disposal(EOD) units.
