Training individual Customers in metrology on Cam2 Measure software and Cam2 Smart Inspect and on the different types of Faro equipment, mainly the 6 and 7 axis Coordinate Arms like the Quantum Arm,Edge Arm, Prime Arm and Scan Arm with Laser line probe and since 2018 the Faro Tracker. I also started in 2017 to train 3D doc with the Faro Focus Laser Scanner and the Faro Freestyle. In 2018, I added another new Faro Device to my repertoire called the Faro Tracer which is used with the BuildIT projector software. These can be trained as singles or arrays.My geographical working area stretches from North Wales through the midlands and east midlands down to the south of the UK and Ireland but also includes some Middle Eastern, North African and East European countries.

Been moved recently to the Quality Supply team, My main task's are PPAP's and creating ISIR's for first off deliveries.I'm advanced in using Faro Gauge, Faro 6 axis and Faro 7axis Arm with Laser line Probe with Aberlink and Faro Cam2 Measurement 10 software.I'm trained in various CMM software's. I used to use Brown and Sharp Optical and touch probe machines and Mitutoyo machines with MS cosmos (certified) Optical and touch probe and certified by Wenzel to use there CMM's with Metromech and Quartis Software Other daily inspection tasks include GD&T BENDIX Portage measuring Table, 100% hard gauge and CMM inspection,  Goods inward inspection / Receipt Inspection  PPAP, QSI, NCMR, Computer literate Word, Excel, Power Point
