Managed a high-end framing manufacturing operation that generated $30M in annual revenue. Establish operational policies and implemented process improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output of custom frames. Developed and implemented KPI metrics to drive and support facility productivity, quality, and customer-service performance. Directly managed 6 delivery drivers, 25+ exempt and non-exempt employees. Design and implement coaching and training programs to develop staff, facilitate efficiency, and improve culture and performance. Manage operational and capital expense budgets.  Drove significant improvement in quality and processes, and boosted efficiency by establishing and creating a Lean Manufacturing culture through Kaizen events and 5s implementations. Launched a successful cross-training and accountability program that resulted in a 50% reduction in overtime and more than $100K annual savings. Redesigned Pick Ticket System that enabled prompt response to work stations and increase in efficiency.

Managed warehouse operations of 20+ Team Members, 4 Delivery Drivers, and numerous VMI programs of a $25M company. Overseen order picking, fulfilment, LTL Shipping, will call, and international shipping operations. Proactively promoted and performed 5S around the operations departments resulting in increased efficiencies and shortened Lead–Times to customers. Formulated gravity fed station-to-station delivery system, thus resulting in reduced transit times and enhanced value stream.
