Part of a cross-functional team performing audits, tower modeling, structural analyses and licensing on this portfolio.

Project manager for indoor DAS systems under development nationally. Manage all aspects of applications by carrier clients to bring signal to ATC owned DAS venues. This includes establishment of preliminary budget, and managing members of all functional groups project-related tasks including RF design, CAD production of prelim CDs, owner approval CDs and construction CDs; Design Review, establishment of cost budget, construction budget approval, issuance of labor and material POs to vendors, conduct NTP process for construction kickoff, conduct weekly construction progress meetings, manage post-construction performance testing, and commissioning of carrier on DAS as well as closeout process and budget closing

Improved client relationships from the onset and drove PMs and CMs to provide greater accountability and on-time delivery to the client• 94 new site builds and 128 Site Acquisition Only sites for 2010 in North and South Carolina; 73 new site builds and 142 Site Acq. Responsible for 1st & 2nd Carrier UMTS projects within the AT&T Turf model. Managing employees and vendors in the successful execution of these important overlay projects. Always focused on improving profits and margin while continuing to improve customer satisfaction.

Managing team of employees and consultants to provide network upgrade and deployment services to AT&T Wireless. Full P/L responsibility for over $12 million in projects. Project entails all aspects of UMTS 1st Carrier rollout including design, site acquisition, construction, telco provisioning and equipment landing prior to handoff to OEM for integration.

Provided on-time, under-budget network upgrade and deployment consulting services totaling $8.2 million with a team of professionals in the Las Vegas market for AT&T.AT&T Turf Program. Managed team of employees and consultants to provide network upgrade and deployment services to AT&T Wireless. Full P/L responsibility for over $8 million in projects. Projects included: • 30 New Site Builds – full deployment of new owned sites, collocations and rooftop expansions of the AT&T Las Vegas and northern AZ network,• Extensions of DS3 connectivity to 300 planned cell sites, • UMTS Technology upgrade to 200 planned sites providing a Third Carrier to the network,• Antenna modifications or RXAIT additions to 80 cell sites,• Backup power deployment to 40 sites including fuel cells, back-up generators and batteries.
