32 years of experience out of college with Ecolab Inc. I had the opportunity to begin in an entry level position as a Territory Manager in the Institutional Division. I enjoyed that group up to the District Manager Level, then went to work for the Food and Beverage Division for 4 years as a Sales Gun. When my children were young, I went back to the Institutional Division as a DM and soon after was promoted the Corporate Account Manager. After winning awards for #1 performance in this position I was promoted to Corporate Account AVP. After proving myself in this role, I was promoted to Area Manager AVP. After performing this role well, was given the Institutions Water Team VP role. After the team performed extremely well, I was given an opportunity to run the Western Region Sales team as VP. The next role I was offered was VP of Distribution for the Foodservice group. After 2 years with this group, I decided to retire. The skills and experiences as well as industry contacts gained through all these roles were amazing and too many to list here. It was a great ride with an amazing company filled with outstanding individuals that made some of the greatest teams I could have ever imagined.
