I like to solve problems and challenge myself. I have 14 years experience in logistics, 7 of which have been in a Global role within GEODIS. I have a passion for customer satisfaction and a track record of improving both myself and my clients supply chain performance. I started within the Logistics industry as an operations clerk - I’ve discovered through the years that understanding the detail is a major advantage. My career has progressed through team leadership, to Control Tower Manager through to Global Account Manager. This journey also took me from my home town of Liverpool to relocating to London. More recently, I have discovered a passion for Pharma & Healthcare. Combining a dedication for customer satisfaction with handing products which effect lives is truly motivating. My goal is to develop this vertical market within GEODIS and help our clients in this sector succeed with a safe and compliant supply chain.
