- Supervisor/ shift leader, managed a team of mechanics in an industrial environment, supporting largest F-15E aircraft base in the continental United States.- Performed routine, moderate and high-level maintenance/ electrical test inspection procedures & documentation involving ACES II ejection seats, components and mechanical, cartridge-actuated explosive devices. - Conducted thorough incoming/outgoing visual and boroscope inspections & measurements of suspected cracks in areas on ejection seats, canopies and connected explosive components. - Explosive safety considerations, on-equipment egress maintenance or inspection, including ejection seat, canopy or hatch removal and/or installation, explosive component removal/installation, ejection seat raise and/or tilt and egress final inspections. - Coordinated/assisted other work centers with maintenance of plant equipment calibration program. Supported engineering test equipment including preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting malfunctions, equipment repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques. -Obtained proper HAZMAT use, storage & disposal procedures, as well as risk management, life-saving CPR skills in high-ops tempos.- Possessed ability to lift 100+ lbs; routinely lifted 25-50 lbs in intensive hands-on industrial atmosphere.- Inspected and monitored work areas, examined tools and equipment, and provided employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.- Provided information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.- Monitored tool and part inventories valued at over $100K and the quality and maintenance of shop to ensure adequate working conditions.
