Detective – Major Case Sqd Aug 2013 – Feb 2015Investigate high profile crimes including Bank Robberies, Kidnapping/Abductions, Commercial Burglaries, Police Officer Assaults and Homicides. Conduct extensive surveillance and implement cell phone pen registry/trap and trace to identify locations of perpetrators. Conduct investigations of Organized Crime families and Labor Racketeering. Examine crime scenes and obtain forensic evidence. Develop confidential informants and execute search warrants. Coordinate intelligence with various agencies.

Chief – Malverne Fire Department Apr 2013 – Apr 2019 Served as Chief of the Malverne Volunteer Fire Department in Nassau County New York for 6 years. Supervised the approximately 80-member department and oversaw and directed all first responders at all emergency incidents. Responsible for the general direction, supervision and evaluation of all personnel, including employee safety, specialized training and performance. Developed, proposed, and responsible proper spending and maintaining multi-million-dollar budget. Ensured firefighters follow established policies and procedures by keeping records and reports of all fire response actions.
