- Responsible for review and timely filing of Federal and multi-state filings of 40+ Investment Partnership returns with largest entity holding $1B in capital- Create and maintain in-house standardized tax working papers saving company approximately $50K in outside tax preparation fees- Research and manage the electronic filing mandate for FBAR/FinCen forms for 10+ entities and 10+ individuals- Assist with IRS and state audits by preparing requested reconciliation schedules as needed- Create and maintain all-inclusive schedule of tax filings to assure the timely filing of all extensions, returns, estimates, etc

- Responsible for preparation and review of Federal and multi-state filings of investment partnership returns- Review/preparation of working papers and calculation of taxable income for several entity types including LPs, S-Corps and C-Corps- Assist with budget planning and pricing for ongoing engagements- Responsible for writing mid-year performance evaluations for staff and provide constructive feedback on their strengths, weaknesses and development areas

- Test for and prepare various tax adjustments related to hedge funds and alternative investments (Wash sales, constructive sales, straddles, etc)- Review and prepare complex Schedule K-1s for multi-million dollar funds using Excel based allocation program - Review and prepare partnership tax returns for multi-million dollar funds

- Planned and directed audits, reviews and compilations- Reviewed and prepared individual, partnership, S-corp and trust tax returns- Maintained client accounts by performing monthly/quarterly bookkeeping functions- Performed support activities to train and develop junior staff
