HSE Advisor - ExxonMobil Nigeria - Developed a safety performance improvement program for offshore leadership personnel which focused on a prioritized and sequential approach to managing an major offshore emergency. Required the development of a training curriculum followed by 4-5 days of training at 10+ offshore installations. Included site specific reviews of facility operating parameters, constraints, facility safeguards, mentoring, use of facility specific safety equipment, the development and execution of numerous practical table-top and drill exercises, and instruction around strategies and tactics in responding to site-specific incidents.

Recently completed effort as a consultant to RINA serving as Program Director that provided Technical, Design, Economics, and Planning concepts to a feasibility study for an LNG Terminal in the Panama Canal. Completed extensive study and report, followed by a presentation to Panama Canal Authority executive staff.

Providing client design assistance to several FPSO Contractors developing an FPSO for Guyana. Includes providing technical design optimizations, operational considerations, cost reduction opportunities. Utilizing +10 years of FPSO experience to develop contract operating terms, logistical support, tanker offloading considerations, and contract compensation schemes.

Engaged in a wide variety of support activities relating to numerous international project developments in the Arctic and deep water West Africa. Primary foucsed on defining and sourcing marine support and logistical vessels to drill exploration wells in the Arctic.

Responsible for developing operating plans for a new LNG terminal in PNG. Contracted for 4 new build tugs, interacted with port authorities, developed pilot requirements, and terminal operating procedures for LNG export.

Senior person at the Yoho, Kizomba C Mondo and Saxi-Batuque Fields. Supervised ExxonMobil's largest subsea development. Responsible for all operational aspects regarding FPSOs, wellhead platforms and subsea developments utilizing a group of contractors.
