Nilex Field Supervisor is the company’s representative with the responsibility and authority for daily coordination and direction of the project to ensure it is safe, within budget, on schedule, meets the company quality standards, and meets the client’s satisfaction. Responsibilities: Reviews and interprets the terms of project contracts, plans and specifications and ensures internal compliance with those terms. Establishes and communicates the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all direct subordinates and ensures all crew members clearly understand their respective roles and responsibilities. Leads, directs and communicates with staff to keep them informed and motivated.  Ensure that the required safety regulations and Nilex’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies are followed by all employees and subcontractors. Safety meetings must be attended and documented according to our HSE manual and COR requirements. Ensure all quality control testing is completed and accurate; maintain a high standard of quality control at all times. Keep the progress schedule current, review schedule status and job costs weekly with project managers.  Complete all required paperwork including daily reports, timesheets, safety forms, etc. in a complete and accurate manner. Insure that all billing quantities are agreed upon in writing by appropriate onsite customer representative. Maintain harmonious working relationships with clients, customers, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors and other key players connected with the project. Maintain inventory control over materials, tools and equipment, ascertaining that movable tools are returned to the tool room and all other equipment adequately secured. Ensure proper housekeeping with respect to project sites, vehicles and shop. Liaison with Nilex Construction management and senior management as directed. Compliance with WCB regulations and reporting.
