I spent 25+ years in the financial and data industries leading teams and building solutions, learning through real world experience what it takes to thrive in the face of adversity. My experience includes eight years as a Strategist for Acxiom Corporation, a global technology company, where I directed analytic and delivery teams for clients such as Bank of America, Citigroup, E*Trade and SunTrust Bank. In August 2009, I left Acxiom to join a fantastic team of people for the successful launch of Infusion Marketing Group, where we built a client support structure to serve 100+ financial institutions.As a Master Facilitator and Executive Coach for Team Trek, I help clients develop leadership bench strength. Utilizing classroom and experiential learning, workshops, assessments, and coaching, I work with teams and one-on-one with individuals to focus on the basic strategy undergirding every successful organization: to define and then grow the culture.
