Contracted by EMAAR Saudi Arabia to start-up a Facilities Management Company to manage EMAAR assets in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia. The company is now established and fully working in the city managing Commercial, Residential and Infrastructure assets. The company is called Select FM.

Started JV’s with and served on the JV boards of Interserve PLC and Rentokil Initial with Rezayat Group. The main business I managed was Hospitality, O&M, FM and Accommodation for Rezayat Group in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Azerbaijan.
