Mikes role at AIN Corp was that of founder and CEO from it’s inception in 1992 to the eventual acquisition of the company. Always utilizing, a hands on approach Mike facilitated the acquisition of AIN Corporation to a publicly traded competitor in 2000 in a cash and stock transaction which was one of the largest dot-com acquisitions to date in the automotive marketplace. AIN Corporation was an aggregator and digital supplier of purchase and product specification data.
