Quality control – Defining and re-evaluating as required the benchmark for quality standards expected from the people we work with on site. Provide constructive feedback to the fitters and other people we work with onsite if their work does not meet our standards. Keep a record of what has been completed at each stage of the build in relation to Quality Control and liaise with the During Build team. Maintaining the Health and Safety Policy and Risk Assessment/Method Statement procedure. Continually develop CRM system Develop Customer Contract and Sub Contractor Code of Conduct agreements and keep up to date. Review final laminated plans to then conduct a pre-start survey of site to check for unforeseen issues Order Steels, Timber and Fixings in line with Materials Cut List Provided by Loft Fitters
