Channel expansion at Spambrella has presented me with a role focused on overall strategy. Initially the role will enable me to work with external suppliers to shape marketing content for partners, understand the needs of our distribution, channel and MSP partners better. The role will expand toward the end of 2019 as we recruit and release complementary technologies to our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:- Further develop key Channel Partner Account plans and strategies.- Identify suitable target Channel Partners suited to the Spambrella product suite.- Ensure that business requirements are properly assessed and delivered in a considered, structured manner through the appropriate channels.- Deliver strong account management to guarantee that the Spambrella solutions are effectively supported by Partners.- Drive commercial discussions in conjunction with procurement, delivery managers, and other departments.- Ensure that key stakeholders are always aware of the progress of change and likely budgetary implications.- Provide regular management information reports on key Partner management team performance and achievement against targets.- Track operational expenditure for specific key Partners.- Ensure ISO 27001 compliance at all times in line with Intel Security expectations.- Report to the COO and Board of Directors on progress.- Ad-hoc duties as required.

I am a seasoned professional having spent many years working with SurfControl prior to Websense acquisition in October 2007. As a consultant working many hosted service projects I ended up over at Postini following the acquisition by Google and began a business development role aimed solely at client retention. My responsibility at Spambrella is to maintain contact with our Enterprise customers, to build ever lasting relationships and make new friends. The cloud service arena is not new but the way Spambrella deliver SaaS and support is!
