I'm a leader. I do not lead from the back and consider that to be "bad form". I'm responsible for what my team does. We win as a team, but the losses are mine alone. I don't like to lose. I'm a great student and love the process of learning. I look at education as a life-long endeavor and welcome those "teaching moments" we encounter every day. Hand-in-hand with learning, goes teaching. I excel at presenting seminars and classes to groups, large and small. I doubt there is anything I find quite so satisfying as "watching the light bulb come on" in the face of an individual attending one of my seminars.I'm loyal - to my employers, my clients, and my team members. I have an attitude of proprietorship, wherever I'm working and make great efforts to pass that on to my team.I'm a huge proponent of teams. In fact, at times I'm almost evangelical! I pride myself on my problem solving ability. I enjoy finding unique solutions that others may have missed. If there is one constant in life, it's that everything changes, all the time. I embrace change and all that goes along with it. Overcoming the challenges that arise when things "change" brings me great satisfaction. I bring a great attitude to everything I do, every day. I'm healthy, happy and enjoying life. Maturity and experience are built not just on past successes, but on those failures that have helped teach us how to be successful in the future. I'm fortunate to have had my share of both and I'm committed to mentoring others to be successful.
