Has lead significant organizational change efforts including a significant field centralization project, development and implementation of Toyota bank (TFSB) as well as the Toyota USA HQ move from CA to Texas. In addition, lead efforts to enhance automation/digitization efforts and increased analytics utilization at TFS and in collaboration with the Toyota automotive sales division. Responsible for the relationship and issue resolution with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
