What's my added value? I want to make sure we all get better and keep improving so as a whole we can move forward. I'm a real team player that isn't afraid to work by himself. As a service engineer I often traveled alone and had to make sure at the end of the day all problems were getting solved. One of the ways I have invested in myself is through Crossfit and getting my Level One Certification. It has tought me how important being fit is and taking care of yourself. Being in the best possible shape gives me the energy and drive to do all the other things in life. Crossfit has tought me that i have a passion for teaching and helping others in getting fit. I've noticed that while teaching you have to be open to others. That the best way to connect to people and actually reach them. You have to be able to read and learn from others. We're all different and all of us need different stimulus to get where we want to go. To find that spark in someone is very rewarding.
