ConsultantDr. Halbert received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and completed a three-year post-doctoral Residency in Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Kentucky, where he also served as the Chief Resident. He had previously earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Medical Center, College of Pharmacy. He also completed a post-doctoral Fellowship in Geriatric Education from the Dakota Plains Geriatric Education Center, University of North Dakota School of Medicine. As a healthcare professional, Dr. Halbert has extensive experience in higher education, patient care, and clinical research. He has over 25 years of clinical trial experience in all aspects of ambulatory and interventional cardiology, malignant hematology, vascular neurology, and neurodegenerative diseases, serving as a coordinator and sub-investigator for over 120 research protocols for Phase 2, 3, and 4 studies of investigational medicines and medical devices. He has published several articles and abstracts and has presented papers and lectures at local, regional, and national, and international meetings.
