  Started in the General Const. side of OGE building power lines, running equipment, cranes, dozers, backhoes. 1985- I was choosen to help develope and train Construction groups in the OPS system, (Operation Planning Systems) and creating Benchmarks for all aspects of our work in the field by assigning time units to the work and building work orders for the field personel to assign time to and keep track of our productivity.1987-Assigned to a program emplementing SAP to our Construction groups and Fleet. Trained in the reporting side of SAP, and material management.1989- Became a Coordinator for our 4 Transmisison Line Construction and Maintenance Crews and 2 Right of Way clearing and maintenance crews.1994- Was choosen to be on a team to find cost savings in Operation & Maintenance within our Fleet Division by traveling and interviewing Utility Fleet Service groups in the Utility Business around the United States. 1995 to Present- Work as Coordinator for 4 Transmission Line crews and varying Contract Transmission Line Crews from around the country building our Wind Generation Power lines.Coordinate material for multimillion dollar jobs. Coordinate Outages on lines for our crews and the Contract crews while working over and along other Utility Company Power Lines right of ways.Traveled on some storm restoration with other states during and after Hurricane Katrina and Rita, various Ice Storms and Tornado Damage, coordinating the material for our crews, logistics on work sights, material yard sights.I assist with our Transmission Construction group each year by compling costs for our yearly budget on tools, and needs for our equipment upgrades.I purchase tools and small equipment and I work with a large group of Equipment and Line Tool Specialty Vendors for purchasing tools, renting line specialty equipment and support on equipment.
