Worked as the initial contact person for the 76,000 constituents of Sydney/Victoria in the office of Jaime Battiste, Member of Parliament and Secretary to the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations. Assisted with casework (including, but not limited to cases involving the Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada, and Immigration/Refugees/Citizenship Canada), CRM management, office operations, constituent outreach, and other constituent services on behalf of the Member.

Worked on the political campaign of Nadine Bernard for the Liberal Party of Nova Scotia in an attempt to elect the first Mi'kmaq MLA in Nova Scotia's history. Assisted with logistics, constituent outreach, and campaign strategy.
