My twenty plus years of manufacturing, cost estimating and quality management experience at B&W has provided me with a solid foundation. I have learned to communicate with all levels of the corporation, this ranges from providing daily direction to union employees to presenting detailed cost analysis models to the president and senior management of the company. This work experience has benefited me greatly in the quality department where I am required to interact with vendors, customers and project management. I have a complete understanding of the manufacturing process and understand how important it is to build a high quality product on time and under budget.
