Managed a group of SEAPORT Delivery Order Program Managers- Program Manager for the AEGIS Support Services contract (approx. $20M/year), which included management of 12 subcontractors - Provided award fee briefings, consistently receiving award fee scores of 96% or better- Program Manager for a USN Radar Technical and Professional Support Services proposal effort and managed the resulting contract (approx. $17M/year) - Led the successful transition of efforts from multiple incumbent contractors to ensure continuity of all services without interruption - Responsible for execution of the contract (technical, schedule, staffing, and financial), including management of 9 subcontractors - Successfully managed this award fee contract, receiving consistent award fee scores of 98%- Provided engineering and program management support for all variants of the AN/SPY-1 Radar System. Worked closely with the Transmitter OEM, Microwave Tube vendors, ISEAs (NSWC PHD, NSWC Dahlgren, and NSWC Crane) to resolve production issues as well as in-service performance issues - Provided program management and advisory support to the AN/SPY-1 PM to assist with achieving acquisition milestone decisions, including an LRIP decision, for the AN/SPY-1D(V) Radar System.
