Lead Avison Young’s Information & Technology organization that was comprised of 125 technology professionals and a ~$55M annual budget; in support of Avison Young’s ~5,000 employees across 18 different countries. The technology functions that were within my organization and leadership where: Cyber & Information Security, Application Management, Infrastructure Support, Deskside Support, CRM Systems, Robotic Process Automation, Product Management, Engineering & Development, Data, Business Intelligence, External Website and IT Business Partner program for Human Resources and Finance/Accounting.

• Lead the product suite and strategy for JLL Americas property, lease, sale, availability and companydatabase that acts as the golden record of information for downstream consuming applications.• Drives the strategy and product pipeline of our map-based point of sale application that allows our revenue producers to virtually fly a client through a market while performing the site selection process.• Oversee the data governance team that is responsible for JLL’s key data initiatives, data quality andcollection of data.• Lead our Americas Data Visualization & Analytics team that is comprised of centralized and local business intelligence and GIS professions focused on easy to consume analytics on various data sets.• Manage our JLL offshore Research team located in India, as they are responsible for the abstraction of25,000+ records of information a year and entry that core data into our property and transaction database.• Lead our Prop/tech research team that is responsible to monitoring, categorizing and engaging with third party data and technology companies that could be potential partners, acquisitions or disruption to our JLL core business or to our clients.• Manage the key relationships and contracts of JLL’s largest data providers and third-party technologycompanies.

Worked on a research leadership team to architect the backend of the firm’s data warehouse forproprietarily collected content as well as third party content.• Analyzed key economic indicators and real estate market data. Authored analytical reports on the Boise, Chicago, Denver and Washington DC new home housing markets.• Controlled operational budgets for research departments in Chicago, Denver and Data Quality team,including expenses, salaries and performance increases.• Managed the company’s National Data Quality team that analyzed the company’s data for errors, outliers and inconsistencies.• Spoke quarterly at the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank on the state of Midwest housing market for theUnited States Beige Book.• Worked directly with all executive level personnel in my division and company to develop corporatepolicies and procedures.• Contributed to the development, improvement and implementation of corporate research policies and procedures.
