Trainings can be done in the privacy of your own residence, in a gym setting, outside or at my residence. The idea with training correctly is to correct compensations and imbalances with the body so that later on they do not create a problem. Progressing a client that is correct for them, so you don't create a problem. I use a variety of training techniques to create and challenge you. These include but not limited to: bozu ball, swiss gymnastic ball, jungle gym(suspension training), HIRTS system, training ropes, medicine balls, and dumbbells. I also do training in a pool setting with the Hydro-Tone System.

Zurich Switzerland

Own and operate my own business as a personal/rehab trainer. Trainings can be done at my home, your place of business, your home and outside. I use many different training methods and equipment to provide you with a fun and effective training. We progress exercises based on your pace and improvements. Working part time at Core 360 in Naples Florida.In addition continuing to work with my own company Full Dimensional Training.Doing trainings in home, fitness studios, boot camp style trainings, water trainings, sports trainings and rehab trainings. All trainings are bases on clients abilities, health and needs. Programs are custom created to meet the needs of clients.

In addition to Personal training, I am an ambassador with Maui Jim sunglasses. I promote the use of Maui Jim in training outdoors and doing sports including fly fishing, paddle boarding, cycling etc. Also stressing the importance of protecting your eyes from the exposure of the sun.

Implement different yet challenging training techniques into a fun yet tough boot camp. I also do private trainings at the fitness studio located there on site. Strengthening, rehabbing and increasing over all fitness, while correcting any compensations in the body.

Worked for Dave Dolle and his clients and rented the studio to train my own clients.

Worked with Ton's private clients and athletes. Correcting and strengthening muscles and helping people rehab from injuries and to improve performance. Creating exercises to help strengthen athletics and patients alike. For their unique needs and challenges.

Medford, Oregon Area

Interacted with membership answering questions, designing exercise programs, helping to rehab injuries and helping with their fitness needs. Clients consisted of children, middle age and older adults of various levels of fitness and health. Also worked with young athletes who were trying to play various sports in High school and college. I also worked people in water with hydro-tone equipment. Training consisted and not limited to weights, tubing, swiss ball, TRX, medicine ball, body weight exercises, corrective exercises and many other techniques. All designed to meet and challenge my clients.
