General Superintendent/Operations Manager *In charge of all day to day operations,scheduling manpower and equipment for current workload,interview and hire employees as needed, supervise operations at 2 soil yards with incoming soils from various projects throughout the state and outgoing soils daily to various landfills across New England. Scheduling of trucking for operations and hiring of subs as needed to fulfill the needs of the day's operations. Work with the mechanics on fleet maintenance and also major equipment purchases.Work with the Health and Safety Officer to promote a safe workplace and good working environment for the employees. Report to the shareholders on a weekly basis about ongoing projects and work with them to grow the company. Work with customers to create a good working relationship to give a quality job on time and on budget.

Divert 2500 foot section of Ashuelot River with sheet pile, pump down cells, removal of 25,000 tons of impacted sediments in the Mill Creek and Ashuelot River. Restoration of river and banks with wetlands plantings.
