I am a hands-on professional with over 32 years of direct experience in industrial settings. Over that same timeframe I’ve also spent time in commercial and residential spaces with similar task scopes. Through my career I have performed various roles in Food/Feed, Wet Corn Milling, Grain/Oilseeds, Foundry, Protein, Large Scale Utility, Bottling, Refrigeration, Animal Nutrition, Fertilizer, Gelatin/Collagen/Collagen Peptide, and Chlor-alkali production facilities ranging from entry level operations, maintenance & reliability, up to and including facility general management and direction. Earlier in my career I also spent time in the agricultural space working with livestock, feed, animal health, and farming machinery. As such I have operated and worked on/around a very broad range of equipment types. I have 14 years of experience in leading people, directing operations, handling personnel issues, performance management, environmental stewardship, safety leadership, resource planning/forecasting, budgeting, production forecasting, and project management. I have many years of experience with engineering, reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, feed & food safety, aseptic packaging, compliance, and safety management. In my leadership roles I have made it a standard practice to coach personnel and to lead by example.
