Started developing and building Food Processing Equipment in 2009 when I was asked to assist in developing a cherry pitter for a grower I had purchased fruit from for my Fruit Processing Plant . We created MAN Machinery that year and I also got involved in Consulting and Building Fruit Infusion Treatment Systems. Currently I have two different styles of Barometric Leg Vacuum Systems working in the Apple Processing Industry. I am working on developing a smaller set up to treat fruit pieces with various juices, antioxidants , and even working on alcohol possibilities with these set ups.MAN also is assisting and has created a new style of Stainless Guitar String belting that will be used to dry fruits and vegetables and would be used to chill and or freeze these products as well. I am open to developing any equipment that will better the Food Processing or Fresh Packing Industries. Plus I Continue to Work Full Time At Excel Fruit Brokerage as a Processing Fruit Broker purchasing Tree Fruit Products for Fruit Processors in the USA and Canada.

Presently working at a Fruit Brokerage Firm that I helped get started in 1986 while purchasing Processed Tree Fruit Products for my own Family Fruit Processing Business. We determine the quality of each lot of fruit and then ship to various Processors throughout the US and Canada.The end process could be: Frozen, Canned, Dried, Fresh, and Juice products. My past experience in the End Process helps in determining what End use each lot of fruit should be processed for. We work with trucking schedules and try to help the end buyer with his inventory control.

After selling my own Food Processing Company in 1999 I went to work Planning and putting together This Fruit Freezing Business In Sunnyside, Washington.

Helped put together this Food Processing Business from its beginning in 1975 until it was sold in May of 1999. We Processed many different Fruits and Vegetables in Frozen Food business. We developed some of the first Fresh Cut Apple slices and also produced many pounds of tree fruit Frozen products. I helped in designing some of the equipment and assisted in the every day management of this family owned business.
