It is effective because it so closely models after how Jesus discipled His 12 men.......living life together for an extended period of time, being taught the scriptures and how to live Godly lives God's way.Much of my life was spent training & coaching men to become woodworkers, machine setup/operators, managers, supervisors.......now I train and coach men in becoming CLC co-facilitators, who can form and lead a group of 8-12 men through a 2 year journey in becoming disciples who make disciples of others.Coming on staff with this wonderful ministry called Christian Leadership Concepts has been and is today the most important calling God has given me outside my marriage and family. I'm grateful to be working along side a group of co-workers from 23 states and over 123 cities all with the same purpose. Show less
