I am an experienced Soldier, Officer and Leader whose passion is to develop leaders and teams to embrace and conquer chaos and crisis. A coach, trainer, and mentor I have a history of developing strong people to tackle tough tasks. I am a general-purpose leader, currently consulting, skilled in successfully leading expansive organizations. I live life with spirit and enthusiasm (no rock kickers) and surround myself with people who do the same. I am an on-call cancer coach and President of El Paso Chapter of Military Officer Association of America (MOAA). Unapologetically patriotic I see living in our country as a great gift that one should cherish.
