After a highly successful career as a front line corporate banking senior leader, I have joined Oxygen Consultancy Ltd as an Advisor so that I can use my skills and experience to help other businesses succeed. I have an extensive and proven track record of working with businesses of all sizes across multiple industries including FTSE100, FTSE250 and privately owned companies including those owned by private equity. I have helped many achieve their ambitions on a global basis acting as a trusted advisor and providing the full suite of corporate banking services including strategic advisory, M&A, debt, trade & treasury solutions etc. Over my career I have also had extensive experience of leading large teams of 100+ people across multiple sites and navigating large and complex organisations operating globally. At Oxygen I will be helping customers consider their holistic financing needs and determining and then sourcing appropriate solutions to help them achieve their strategic ambitions and objectives. This is often pivotal to the successful delivery of transformation projects and the implementation of payment and treasury solutions. Properly structured financing solutions sit behind every strategic decision a customer makes especially where growth by M&A is being considered. Areas of expertise: Finance to support M&A, conventional debt financing including refinancings, access to debt and equity capital markets, general banking products and treasury solutions.
