Client: U.S. Marine Corps Enterprise Services (MCES) Interim Portal Services (iPS)Responsible for operations management of test facility hosting system test environments. Conducted detailed technical requirements meetings with subject matter experts and reviewed system documentation to identify technical requirements for establishing customer test environments. Developed high level and detailed diagrams for lab network and customer test environments. Virtualized test environments utilizing VMware 4.1 ESXi reducing footprint from 28 to 8 physical servers allowing for the ability to maximize capacity and utilization of limited hardware resources.  Established and implemented detailed change and release management processes to establish configuration control over test environment operations and provide ability to track resources and timelines required for implementation of test activities.

Client: U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC)Provided technical analysis and project management support for the migration of over 200 systems as part of data center consolidation initiatives. Performed analysis to document and diagram system requirements for migration and COOP planning efforts.
