We share and shoulder a huge responsibility. Our enduring mission to develop, promote, and lead the sustainable supply and equitable use of energy for the greatest benefit of all people is our endowment to future generations. For over four decades, I’ve been committed to helping achieve this mission. I serve as the Chair of the World Energy Council, as well as holding the title of CEO Emeritus at EPRI. Additionally, I’m involved with several energy technology companies, working to develop innovative clean energy products and services. My role extends to serving on the Board of four energy technology companies, advising Lime Rock New Energy Ventures, a capital fund investing in clean energy companies, and serving on the Board of the Carnegie Mellon University’s Scott Institute for Energy Innovation. During my tenure as CEO of EPRI, I led a diverse international Board of Directors and Advisory Board comprised of distinguished global energy leaders, regulators, academics, and environmental advocates. My involvement with the World Energy Council further enhances my commitment to addressing global energy challenges, leveraging its extensive network to promote sustainable energy practices worldwide. I look forward to collaborating with you on this energy transition mission to help foster a healthier planet for generations to come.
