Managing, Paint, blast and assembly insuring all production assignments are meeting the MPS (master production schedule) and fall with the specs of our customer. Holding employees accountable for actions, including counseling for continued growth within the company and their skills. As Materials supervisor, I trained all employees on mobile equipment, worked closely with our procurement team and buyers here at the plant to insure on time delivery of parts to support production needs. I also was responsible for plant organizing of all parts, making sure to instill lean in every aspect of organizing to minimize travel and increase productivity.

Duties include: Inspect Service Reports for accuracyInspect timecards for consistency with Service ReportsOver seeing the production on the wind farm relaying to the customer on Progress, daily reports, assigning Crews, documenting all progress, commissioning Gamesa 2 megawatt turbines, final walk-down, checking harmonics, wiring top control cabinet, checking transformers and pre-energize check list, and training new commissioning techs. Attended ABB training on drives, commissioning the drives for gamesa wind turbines. Used Drive Window and have done trouble shooting on all drive parts. Field trained by ABB representative. Conducting electrical and mechanical walk downs for Horizon Energy, Generating punch list for Gamesa and Verifying that items are completed and up to code, filing daily reports on all progress and QA on all, Construction of towers, checking Pad mount Transformers and verifying all is terminated and done by procedure. In the event that a mistake is found I verified that it is corrected. Duties include, Clearing alarms, loading PLC , verifying TCH and EI , checking wiring for cabinets using schematics , working on pitch system , checking compositor bank , checking soft starter, programming soft starter, lust drives, and monitoring wind turbine after syncing to grid. Training commissioner’s duties include operating electrical measurement devices, trouble shooting low voltage, high voltage components and communication components
