I love every aspect of the word: Strategy. Just saying this word starts my mind down the path of how to make everything bigger, stronger and faster. This doesn't just manifest itself in my work life as this carries over into anything that I do in life.I have played many roles throughout my career at Conner Industries including Sales Rep, Manager, Director and VP, but none made the impact on me that I found playing the game of baseball throughout my life. At an early age, I learned how to compete on an individual level and simultaneously find success as a team. Throughout my collegiate and professional career in baseball, I found more success (which was amazing by the way) but more importantly learned how failure can eventually lead to success and continued to learn how to push myself and others to be best in any situation. In my time at Conner Industries in the Industrial Packaging Industry...-I created longstanding partnerships with our largest strategic accounts,-I established new facilities as we expanded our service and product offerings to help solve problems for our customers,-I found exciting businesses to acquire, whether with a new product to add to our portfolio, or in an emerging industry vertical in which we needed to participate, -I built relationships across our industry through the participation in associations and trade shows/events, ...and I am proud to say that none of the above I accomplished alone...only through the collaboration and support of an entire TEAM of focused individuals, all playing a role, and all working together towards a common goal.I have continued my education to become a more well-rounded executive:-Master's Degree focused in Executive Leadership-Lean Six Sigma training from Villanova University-More to come as I believe this is the best way to continue to grow and developProfessional Skills-Leadership, Mentorship, Team Building, Executive Functioning, Negotiation, Openness to Learning, Positive Attitude, Able to hit a round ball with a round bat
