I currently own and operate Square State Brewing in Rock Springs WY. I also currently sit on the executive board of the Wyoming Craft Brewers Guild as the acting secretary/treasurer. I operate a 6bbl electric brewhouse w/ a 1/2bbl pilot system/program. My daily duties include but are not limited to: Facilities maintenance i.e. plumbing, light electrical, building and grounds maintenance, completing daily brewers reports, designing and developing new beers and marketing ideas, coordinating supply chain including, malt, yeast, hops, and all other necessary brewing ingredients and supplies, manage taproom employees and taproom, execute social media and advertising, coordinating special events such as brewers festivals and fund raising for local community events, Brewing for taproom and light distro, yeast propagation, yeast harvesting, and storage, yeast cell counts, cleaning brewery and all associated equipment, execute developed SOPs and safety procedures, document regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment, draft system cleaning and maintenance, carbonating and kegging, CIP processes to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of brewing equipment. Above all operating my brewery as safely as possible on a daily basis to reduce risk of injury or equipment damage.

Over see day to day field operations of install/labor crews. My work was focused primarily in SW WY integrating telemetry, and radio communications on remote oil and gas sites. Installing and commissioning PLCs and all associated hardware and end devices. Troubleshooting faulty PLCs, pressure transmitters, MVTS, thermal couples, thermocouples and tc transmitters. Specializing in wireless and wired end devices. Debug PLC software and programs to ensure proper functionality of well sites and verify communications to polling host at customers head quarters. Operate skid steer, backhoe, and mini excavator, to install PLC/Radio towers on remote oil and gas locations. Coordinate projects with manager and other industry representives.
